THIS THING IS GARBAGE

This item is absolute trash. It's so terrible, it makes me want to scream. I've used it a million instances, and it still doesn't work. The quality is shoddy, and the design are terrible. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisproduct without being embarrassed. I'm so angry that I hoped I'd acquired something functional instead. Save
